Keeping a meeting organized is very important. We recommend using tags to organize your tasks as an agenda.

  • Create a tag with the name of the meeting agenda and date, such as “design-agenda-3-17-18”. 
  • Before the meeting, you can review project tasks and add this tag to the items you want to discuss and review. 
  • As you think of other items you want to discuss, you can create a task for these and assign the same meeting tag.
  • When you are ready to start your meeting, use the tag filter to surface all relevant tasks.
