How to view your projects

To view a list of all your projects, select Projects in the left side navigation. Then select All projects in the list that appears. You can sort the list by selecting the down arrows next to each column header.

Note that Admins can view all projects even if they are not added to the project. Other users can only view and access the projects that they have been added to.

Each project is listed with several attributes:

  • Status - indicates if the project is completed, on time, or at risk.
  • Location - indicates the location of the project.
  • Due Date - indicates the deadline for the project.
  • Tasks - indicates the number of tasks that are open, in progress, blocked, or completed.

You will also see a project status bar under the title of each project. This indicates the level of completion and current status of the project:

  • Green bar - indicates the project is on schedule. All tasks that are due prior to today have been completed.
  • Red bar - indicates the project is at risk. One or more tasks that are overdue have not been completed.

To view a project’s details, select the project title.
